I would say this is breaking news but is it really breaking if it was announced this morning? Either Way, I awoke this afternoon to discover Old Dominion are coming back to our shores. Fresh of their winning group of the year for the second time at last night’s ACM awards. The group, currently on there Make it Sweet Tour announced they will be adding a UK leg.

It’s good to see the boys back again so soon after toured at the end of last year and also played C2C festival in March of last year as well. Old Dominion is a favourite band of mine so will be looking forward to seeing them live for the third time.

The tour sees them run 4 dates, starting in London, followed by Belfast, Manchester and Birmingham before ending the run in Glasgow. The tour is set for October and tickets will be on sale soon. For a full breakdown of the tour see the dates below. The Tour also seems them play a number of other dates across Europe.

October 10: London Eventim Apollo

October 12: Belfast Waterfront Hall

October 14: Manchester Albert Hall

October 15: Birmingham 02 Academy

October 16: Glasgow O2 Academy

They will be a review of this show from Manchester Albert Hall coming up in October. So stay tuned for that and other news, show and album reviews and articles about country music.

My internet name is Eriol, real life name is Peter. I grew up in the early 90's listening to CMT and feel in love with country music. My Mum was a big fan of Johnny Cash and my brother was big into the music. This was past down to me and I know attend shows and document the struggles of being a Country Music fan in the United Kingdom.
